Join us for a casual day or overnight meeting of like-minded people as we enjoy the beach in Oceanside.
Monday we will meet in the cabana on the beach for the Meet & Greet at 4:00pm and then there will be free time to explore the beautiful Harbor Village with shops and restaurants, boat rentals, and just lazing on the beach. If you like to walk or run this is a very scenic area.
On Tuesday, you can explore the beautiful beaches or walk to the Harbor Village. No need to drive anywhere, it is all here.
Wednesday, another group is coming in, so check-out is before 8am.
Oceanside is the perfect place for us to meet. It has a day-use parking lot for $10.00 all-day (8am-8pm) or add a stay the night for $20.00 (8pm-8am). *** You can buy a two day pass for $50.00 and save $10.00. It is first-come, first-serve hence, the reason we are planning a weekday get-together because year-round the weekends get crowded. It is dry camping with toilets nearby. It is just a parking spot but it is on the beach which makes it divine.

Once a year, tens of thousands of people gather in Nevada’s Black Rock Desert to create Black Rock City, a temporary metropolis dedicated to community, art, self-expression, and self-reliance. In this crucible of creativity, all are welcome.
We are excited to build Black Rock City with you in 2022! When we’re together again in the Black Rock Desert, it will have been three years — time that many of us have spent imagining what we can all bring to BRC 2022 to really make a difference. Learn about our theme for the year, Burning Man 2022: Waking Dreams. Be sure to check out the 2022 art installations, and learn about this year’s dynamic new camp placement process. Returning to Black Rock City in 2022 will be an endeavor that involves each and every one of us. If you’re new to Black Rock City, please see our most recent Survival Guide. DENVER — The so-called Rainbow Family Gatherings started in Colorado 50 years ago, and this year, it’ll reportedly be back.
Attendees told Denver7 that this year’s event could bring about 80,000 people together on one of Colorado’s forest lands.
coming back to Colorado this summer
“We expect a very large turnout this year,” said James Parisho, a 12-year Rainbow Family Gathering attendee who added the get-together is all about peace.
“We call ourselves a family though we’re not related by blood. We’re related by our common goal and our common interest in prayer for world peace, because that is what the Rainbow Gathering is entirely centered around,” Parisho said.
Parisho, along with others, typically gather as part of the Rainbow Family Gathering for an entire week.
“Usually, Rainbow is portrayed as being a hippie kind of event, and it very much is, but it very much isn’t. It’s very much for everyone. It’s welcoming to all kinds of people from your hippies to your, I guess you could say, rednecks or whoever. Everyone is welcome and everyone shows up,” he said.
