Update: –DIRECTIONS TO NOMADNESS GATHERING–
On the South side of Arizona Exit 1 adjacent to the truck stop is a traffic circle.
Take the traffic circle exit entering the paved frontage road that runs back along Eastbound Interstate 10, away from truck stop.
Go 3.0 miles to Nomadness Gathering turnoff.
DETAILED:
Paved road from traffic circle ends at right curve at 0.7 miles; continue on staying to the right past Y intersection at gravel plant at 1.4 miles. Up and down a couple small hills curving around then straight you may see a 5-way dirt/gravel road intersection -continue straight.
Once you see the 2 big blue dumpsters there will be a blue shirt tied to a tree on the right 0.8 miles from dumpsters.
This is the turnoff.
Single campers, families, and fulltime overnight generator people and those preferring solitude often park dispersed by the main road area.
Jewelry and other handmade craftspeople often park on the road into and towards main camp.
Musicians may find camping near or past main camp appealing.
This is the same location as the past years Nomadness Gatherings and last years Schooliepalooza.
